Choose one roof category and one roof color. Metal roof pricing uses the low end of the listed range.
5) Cabinets / Hardware
Cabinet upgrade pricing varies by model. Maple and Hemlock use low-end pricing. Willow and Alder use high-end pricing.
6) Countertops / Sink / Backsplash
Choose one countertop category and one color. All options include a 4 inch backsplash.
Sink
Laminate lets you choose between the standard sink package or the upgraded sink. Corian, granite, and quartz include the upgraded sink as the only sink option at no additional cost.
Tile Backsplash
Optional upgrade. You may select multiple backsplash locations below.
7) Flooring
Lofted models use carpet on stairs and in the loft, so please choose carpet in addition to linoleum or LVP.
If Luxury Vinyl Plank is selected, the home arrives with a finished subfloor. Flooring installation is not included in this price and is typically completed by a local contractor after delivery.
8) Siding
Standard included siding varies by model. This field makes it clear when the customer is staying with the included siding package.
9) Appliances / Utilities
Gas range and 18 cf refrigerator are included in home base price.
No gas selected. If you want an all-electric setup, 100 amp service or other electrical upgrades may be required and final pricing may change.
If you choose the Self-Cleaning Glass-Top Electric range, the home will require 100 AMP service. This means the home must be hardwired instead of using a traditional RV plug, so the existing electrical infrastructure must support it.
Fridge
Washer & Dryer Connections
Selecting one of these options means the home will be plumbed and prepped for a washer and dryer. Washer and dryer units are not included so buyers can choose their preferred models after delivery.
If you choose the stackable electric prep option, the home will require 100 AMP service. This means the home must be hardwired instead of using a traditional RV plug, so the existing electrical infrastructure must support it.
100 AMP required due to prior selections.
Selecting 100 AMP service means the home must be hardwired by a licensed electrician and cannot use the standard 50 AMP RV plug connection. This requires a compatible electrical setup at the installation site.

10) Lighting
Home comes standard with can lights in the kitchen, dining area, hallway, bathroom, and stairwell.
Additional custom lights are $116 each. Use this box to tell us how many lights you would like and where you would like them placed, even if you do not select one of the lighting packages above.
11) Windows / Entry / Bath / Insulation / Misc
WA Customers: Willow, Hemlock and Alder can only do a 6 ft porch due to state length restrictions. An 8 ft porch is only available for Maple. 10 ft porch availability must be confirmed by our team based on model, state, and transport restrictions.
For Alder only, selecting the 10 ft porch moves the hitch to the opposite end of the home.
