Why we started NW Tiny Homes
Jimmy Hickey and Erica Patstone started NW Tiny Homes after watching the industry treat a $50,000 decision like a used-car lot. Jimmy brought 15+ years of building businesses in Portland, including 12+ years running a hat company he founded. Erica brought the design and marketing eye. Together they built the dealer they wished existed: prices posted in public, a warranty crew on payroll, and people who are still around long after delivery day.
We sell high-quality, affordable park models across Portland, the Seattle area, and the rest of the Northwest, and we back every one of them with the kind of help that makes a big purchase feel simple. That is the whole company in one sentence.

Honest pricing, posted in public
Every price is on the website. The number you see is the number you pay. No inflated sticker so we can fake a "$12,000 off this week" discount, no haggling, no "let me go ask my manager." Our online estimator prices your exact build, with every option, before you ever talk to us.
An in-house warranty team, not a call center queue
Most dealers hand you off the second the truck leaves. We built our own crew instead. Joel and Noah are our warranty field team, on payroll. They handle delivery, the settling cracks and trim shifts every transported home gets, and the bigger things down the road. You get one point of contact for your whole warranty year, a same-business-day response goal, and same-day priority on anything water, gas, or electrical. Every build includes a complimentary Welcome Home visit for drywall touch-ups and door and window adjustments, the kind of work other dealers bill you for. When the factory warranty ends, we are still here.
Built by manufacturers who have done it for decades
We work with Cavco and Champion, two of the largest park model builders in the country. That buys you tighter quality control and steadier timelines than smaller builders can match, and you feel the difference for years.
Customizable from top to bottom
Start with one of six floor plans, then make it yours. Flooring, countertops, cabinets, hardware, exterior finishes, siding styles, covered porches, and lofts that do not count against your square footage. A full-size fridge and a 30-inch gas range come standard on every model. We help you design something that fits how you actually live, not a showroom.
Same treatment, every buyer
Buying this month or thinking about it for 2028, you get the same time and the same straight answers. No pressure, no tiers, no warm-then-cold the second you say "just looking." Ask our customers. "No pressure sales people" is the line that shows up in our reviews more than any other.
We make the complicated parts simple
Zoning, financing, site prep, delivery, setup. The parts that make people nervous are the parts we handle with you. We publish a full Buyer's Guide, a plain-English zoning guide for every county in Oregon and Washington, and an online estimator, then walk you through the rest in person. We would rather you understand the whole picture than feel rushed into any of it.
