Every new Maple, Willow, Hemlock and Alder now comes with Frigidaire appliances. Cavco, the factory that builds those four homes, moved all of its homes to Frigidaire in October 2026. It told dealers Frigidaire offers a stronger appliance lineup, with models that closely match the ones it replaced.
What's in the kitchen
Every appliance is stainless. The standard kitchen includes a full-size fridge and a 30" gas range. The add-on list hasn't changed: dishwasher, over-range microwave, garbage disposal, and range upgrades.
Optional range upgrades
5-burner gas range with an 18,000 BTU Quick Boil burner for faster boiling, a simmer burner for low-heat cooking, and a 30-minute Steam Clean cycle that cleans the oven without harsh chemicals.
Glass-top electric range with a smooth cooktop that wipes clean, plus Steam Clean.

What you'll see on our lots
We're updating the homes on our Portland and Snohomish lots, so a home you tour may still have its earlier appliances. Ask us and we'll walk you through the Frigidaire version that goes into your build. The layout and finishes stay the same.
Appliance service after you move in
Appliance repairs are handled by a service technician who works on that brand, not by our warranty crew. Calling Frigidaire's service line yourself is usually the fastest route, since you can schedule directly with the tech and skip the middleman. Register your appliances on Frigidaire's site after move-in so your model and serial numbers are on file. If you'd like help, call us and we'll help coordinate.
See it in person
Walk through a Maple, Willow, Hemlock or Alder at either lot. We're open Wed to Sun, 11 am to 6 pm. Schedule a tour or design and price your home.
