Snohomish Location Grand Opening - April 25, 2026
We are officially opening our Snohomish, Washington location on Saturday, April 25 at 11 AM.
Opening Weekend - Saturday April 25 and Sunday April 26 Open House format, 11 AM to 6 PM both days. Walk the lot at your own pace, tour all available homes, and get a feel for the layouts, finishes, and quality in person. Our team will be on-site throughout the weekend to answer questions, walk through options, help with customization forms, and take orders.
Due to expected turnout, we will not be running scheduled one-on-one tours during opening weekend. Our team will be available around the lot to help and guide you throughout the day.
Starting April 29 We open Wednesday through Sunday, 11 AM to 6 PM, for scheduled tours and one-on-one walkthroughs.
