Founded in 1965, Cavco is one of the most established and trusted names in factory-built housing. Our Cavco homes are built at the manufacturing facility in Woodburn, Oregon - right in our backyard.
Cavco park model homes are RVIA certified and built to ANSI 119.5 standards. They are constructed in a climate-controlled factory environment with consistent quality control across every unit - which is one of the main reasons we chose Cavco as one of our manufacturing partners.
